Cutting - I keep binging on fat :(

protein shakes, lean meats, and salads are the foods which compromise your diet? there is little to no fat in "lean" meats, no fats in shakes, and no fats in salads. there is no bulk to your diet. this lack of correct macronutrient breakdown leads to hunger which leads to binge eating. no mention of carbs or fats. my guess is, youre starving yourself.

eca does nothing for fat burning either, its an appetite surpressant so its not that its not working, your body is attenuating to it. but i can promise you the eca has not burned 1 ounce of fat. sounds like you have lost muscle and fat leading to the lethargic feeling you have which is an indicator of metabolic down regulation meaning burning fat will be harder.
 
then what do you suggest? if you are going to critisise please let it be constructive :)

as for the eca, i'm pretty sure it's lost all of its effect so I might stop for a week and then start taking it again. why do you think ECA has burned no fat?

i did suggest revamping the entire diet. you need to include carbs and fats. that alone will curb hunger so you dont binge.

if youre cutting, start with a weekly schedule where you are calorie/carb cycling. 4 days of the week have bw x 10 calories, 2 days at bw x 12, and 1 day with bw x 16. keep the carbs very low on the bw x 10 days and fats higher, bw x 12 days have the carbs up slightly and the fats down slightly, and bw x 16 day drop the fats as much as possible and go high carb. keep protein at around 1.2 to 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight, i go low at 1.2 and its completely fine.

eca burns no fat because it isnt made to do that. none of the otc "fat burning supps" burn fat. they have an effect on the cns which curbs hunger and increases parasympathetic response (heart rate, blood pressure). once they are attenuated the effects are more tolerable which you are describing. they have a bad effect on the cv system really. any fat you lost you did on your own, not the eca, trust me.
