Thanks Daisy!....well, my goal now, is to get my diet in check. Like i said , ive been eating 1,350 calories a day. mainly protein and good fats. I have a bad habit of craving protein shakes all the time, and i know i should eat more "real" food, but the shakes are more desirable for me! My bf% is at 25.9, and honestly i don't know what the % of bf would be, to get to look the way i want. I do my cardio on an empty stomach....well, minus the ephedra and coffee! And im trying to do my weights in the p.m. Also, i started training heavy, for thefirst time yesterday. Im a lil nervous, as im one of the ones afraid of "bulk". But i think if my diet is cleaner it won't be as scary. I can SQUUEZE into my 6-8 jeans, but i'd feel better in a 4-6. I want to really work on my lower 1/2. My upper is great. Also, i have a little squish on top of my abs. Not much, no "rolls" or anything =) but i'd like to see them really good again. I think as i get older its getting worse
