Cutting diet

I have been cutting for awhile and hit a wall about a month ago. Then I started eating lots of chicken and started cutting again. This is a typical day for me the only thing that might change some milk in there some were maybe a gallon every 5-6 days

let me know what eveyone thinks thanks

Meal 1 8:30 am

5 egg white
2 whole eggs
pam spray

Meal 2 11:30

1 medium chicken breast
2 cups green beans
soy sauce

Meal 3 3:30

1 medium chicken breast
2 cup broccoli
soy sauce

Meal 4 5:30 pre work out / no work out use G.B. or broc
1 Medium chicken breast
1 cup sweet potato/ or brown rice
Protein shake 40 g protein 245 cal 5 g fat- 3 saturated fat 6 g carbs

Meal 5
1 large chicken breast
2.5 cups broccoli/or Green beans

working out M W F for and hour and doing cardo for about 20-30 mins
then try to do a least two other days with 20-30 mins cardo
 
lose the soy sauce, it has alottttttttttt of sodium which holds fat, even low sodium soy sauce has alot. but everything else seems good. keep it up
