Hi guys, ive been looking through a few threads on cutting diets and think ive managed to put one together but want to double check with you guys on it.
My current stats are
Age 24
weight 185pound
5ft 10

My diet plan is below

08.00 - Cardio on an empty stomach

09.00
1 whey shake
bowl of porridge
1 banana

11.30
1 chicken breast
garden salad
handful of nuts

14.00
tuna and garden salad

15.00
weight train

16.00
2 scoops of whey
25g of glucose

17.00
steak
baked potato
plenty of veg

20.00
1 tub of cottage cheese
handful of nuts

22.00
1 whey shake

Ive basically given myself 12 weeks to cut for my hols, my goal is to hold onto as much muscle as possible and try and get a ripped six pack, would you say this diet is too strict to begin with? id also like to add im currently on a test prop proviron cycle too, any help would be much appreciated

drop the potato all together. move the other evening carbs to the day. drop the steak and add either tuna or orange roughy. drop the dextrose from the post w/o.

thats what i would change for a start.

whats wrong with the dextrose after a workout? i thought it was best to get carbs in you after a workout

when cutting the whey shake alone is enough. when bulking id say go ahead with the glucose.

either way the big flaw with your cut plan is your carb plan is backwards. put your carbs in the am and cut them from the pm. and do your cardio before you eat in the morning.

Cool ok ill give that a try and see how it goes. Could you give me some example meals i could have at my 5pm meal time as i am struggling for ideas when cutting back on the carbs

protein and green veggies. orange roughy/broccoli, tuna over a spinach and pepper salad, chicken breast with asparigus etc. the little bit of carbs in the veggies is ok. you can add a little extra healthy fats (from nuts) if your still hungry
