nice pull! Sometimes I even forget to eat normally when cutting. Like Ulter said, it's a matter of the cals and how the macro's (protein/carbs/fat) break down. Use www.fitday.com to help you keep track. It's an excellent tool.

right now im at 350g of protein a day with 200-220 carbs and 50-75g fat. when i start leaning out i drop carbs to 100-150 and cut fat a bit

macros :D

1. calories
2. food choices
3. food timings
4. macro breakdown
5. micro breakdown

also cv very important the use of supplements helps if above are keyed

e.g.
1. acetyl-l-carntine
2. sesapure
3. glucorell
4. green tea, caffiene, guarna
5. ephedrine/ clen

the above will only do something if the first list are seen to IMO

I dread when I start trying to cut. Dialing my diet in is going to be the most difficult thing for me, period.

:worried:

If you say this .... then it will be your reality.

seasoning and knowing how to cook. if i had to eat the same kind of chicken breast or steak everyday i would never make it. stock up on a couple diferent kinds so you can mix it up. i know they don't sell it everywhere but, Tony Chachere's is the best all around seasoning ever made. makes everything a little better.

When you say cut fat a bit do you mean drink skim milk instead of 2% and peanut butter is definitely not part of a cutting diet? thanks

Is it good to use creatine while cutting or while bulking on a cycle or both?

from what i hear creatine is fine both cutting and bulking (it's when you're getting down to like 5% it makes a diff).

Bump to Omega about your calorie comment :)

The Fitday link is awesome - thanks Anal.

no prob! It's an excellent tool and I find it hard to believe everyone isn't using it. I mean if they have enough time to log on to EF and post crazy shit all day, why not take a few minutes and track your food intake, which will reap you more gains then most of the nonsense posted here. :p

You won't fine my PC on without fitday up. And to make things easier I have a PC in the kitchen as well!
