cutting cycle before going back to serious training what do you think about it ?

I fucked up my shoulder and I was totally unable to train correctly for the a while... I had a bad diet and because of no training some fat came back and I went from 9-10%bf to 15%....FUCK !!!
Now I'm able to go back to training and since I'm going to try to gain that lost muscles,I was thinking to decrease my bf before bulmking time..
I will do this for 6 weeks:
-5 weight sessions in the evening
-6 cardio sessions in the morning of 30 min each
Should I go back to my ex bf in 6 weeks with a such cycle or do I have to increase the cardio volume?
I'll surely add some NYC and femara (the fat came in the lower pecs and around my waist,fuckin oestrogenic fat !! :mad: )
what do you think about it ? :confused:
