Guys I need some help here. I have been reading all the threads on the different kinds of fat burners and what not but I would like your personal opinion. I'm going on a cutting cycle to drop my bf% which is somewhere around 14-16%. I know all the right foods to eat it's I just don't know what the best supplements I should add to enhance fat loss. For cardio, I play hockey 3-4 times a week and I plan on doing stationary bike (spin class) 3 times a week for an hour. I was thinking of flax seed oil and caffeine and I would like to try cutting gel but I doubt I could get my hands on it in Canada. Don't want to take to many pills either. So what would you recommend for me to loose as much bf% as possible?? Thanks
