Ok guys. I have been on here for not even two days yet but Im ready to mix it up and have a contest. Lets See who can put together the best stack for building/maintaining muscle.

Lets let this run for about a week or so then we will figure out away to let everyone vote on the stacks. Who ever wins Ill send you two bottles of your creation. Lets try to keep your formulas to only 6 caps per serving or less.


So go ahead and post your formulas you create here. Remember you can also use the "email to a friend" link and email youself the link from the site that will display your formula. You can then post that link here if you like.

I noticed that too, haha... great site though. I cant wait till the list gets bigger, there are so many things i want in a capsule that its hard to decide but fun and convenient at the same time.
 
Created my one... before looking down the page. Looks like ruffian and I shared some inspiration.

Sorry for the late response. My normal user name is "custom capsule" This one I am using doesnt have the space. For whatever reason I am not able to log into my other so If I have any PMS i havent seen them since last friday. Anyway about the contest. I would like to get some rules and a timeline and get it running over here. The problem was at first no one seemed very interested, second not many were actually using the site to design the capsules. They would just throw out ingredients, some of which we didnt even carry, and make up how many caps per serving they were. We can start this over if everyone wants to follow the rules and actually use the site and the ingredients we have to make their Capsule Designs.

1000mg of B12???

Even though the cap is obviously not doable off of this site :P I think 1000mg of a vitamin that needs about 3 MICRO grams a day is probably overkill at 300,000 times the RDI ;)

Post your best formulas on here before the first of OCT and you will be in the contest to possibly win the formula you created. YOU MUST use the site when designing your capsule. Do not just guess. You will need to list which ingredients, how many mcgs/mg's of each one, and how many capsules per serving. The two days following the first we will have a vote for the best formula, the winner will receive their creation free of charge. I would also like the winner to please give a decent amount of feedback on their product they receive.

Thanks bro.

I thought about making the B-vitamin amounts higher, but dosing 3x a day, plus taking a multivitamin and you'd be getting plenty of each. I realize that not everyone is into mega-dosing their vitamins.

I was also going to add NAC for another antioxidant, but it wouldn't needed to be a few hundred mg's to be a worthwhile dose, and that would've pushed the capsule per serving to 4 instead of 3, so i left that one out. NOW FOODS 600mg NAC caps are really cheap anyhow.
