The picture is a little hazy. It appears that the picture is distorted because you all look a little bumpy. Ohhhhh, wait a minute. I get it now. That irregular look is all of the big muscles that the Florida Crew is sporting! We have visual confirmation. Damn boys, I can see now why big numbers are coming out of Florida. If you guys have more pictures try to post them. I want to see some action photos - deadlifts would be good.

HEY FREAK how tall are you b/c your right next to jay????? I know i'm a few inches ahead of him so from the angle it looks like i'm taller(if he's 5 10) but I don't even reach 5 9 yet and I have shoes on.

You should come down and stay with us in Miami and then we could make the trip to BObs. On the off nights we'd get silly though. We'd get a room at LOWEs or something and make the journrey.

Look here god dammit! I am 5'10. Look at Tapout he is 5'11 Freak is like 5'8 Grimmer is 6'0 and jimmie is just big, but if you look at me . tapout , freak , and grimmewr we look what we should be. YOu (cubanito) Are the one who is taller then you think and probably wants to be shorter so you sound bigger at your bodyweight! Not only that my head is comiong out of my hat. Its a visor not a hat. I have been measured and if i was shorter i would say. Hell i ahve no shame in my game. BUt unforunatly i am 5'10. And by looking at that pic if your under 5;9 , tapout is 5'8 , freak, is 5'4 and grimmer is 5'9.

Dont get me wrong i am not ashamed of being short and 5'10 is in my opinion, but i am. Ok....actually iam 5'9 and 3/4. BUt i just round up. Hell why would i round down and say 5'9. I lose 3/4. If i add i only add 1/4. And with shoes definitly. SO let it go!

Either way i am 250lbs! And tapout its ok, your little thicker, i way more and bodyfat is lower! So there!

Is there a little decension in the Florida Crew??? These kind of things can bring intensity. What, is everyone at peak cycle? Lots of testosterone flying around... He, he, he!

Anyway, who cares what the hell you look like. You do the best with what you've got. Shit, I'm taller and heavier than most of you but most of you lift more and have bigger totals. I would give up 2" and 40 lbs. to bench 600+ or squat 800+. Damn, this is depressing me. I think I'm done rambling.

Seriously if you wann good diet i got one from Shakes. Its pretty good if you follow it. Do you want a copy. I will tell ya now its like 3800 calories, 350 grams protein, around 400 carbs, and 70 fat. He has lost like 5 or 6 lbs but his bodybfat (slowly) has dropped like 8% bf in the time he has been on. With zero cardio.

I train with Bob and we are moving into a new gym in the next few weeks.The gym is in the same area as the current one. We have about 16 members incl
uding two women.
 
Cytomel. Sounds like a good thing. I am trying to find some time to plan the trip. I would love to hit up a full week or more of traning with you guys. I will shoot you an email when i figure it out and talk to Bob.
 
hey cytomel I'll be there with all of you if GRIMM comes down for about a week. And if he doesn't get too then as long as it's in summer time I'll still go down there. If I knew for sure my damn bench shirt would come in and my back would be feelin better in about 3 weeks and I can train the same way I would go down there for the APRIL 27th meet and compete but since I can't i'm goin down to support all of you and see if I can help in some way.

No Jay aint 5'6! In fact Monday night me and the ever so tall Tap out got back to back in the gym and low and behold we are around the same. Say it aint so tapout? Jimmie was right there.
 
jay i had flat wrestling shoes on and you had your spring loaded 2" lift shoes and i was taller at 5-10

Ok this is my last thread concerning my height! I will be what ever ya'll want . The shorter the bigger. My god i am 250pus pounds. Iam over 5'9 iam actaully closer to 5'10 then 5'9 so why should i subtract 3/4 of an inch why not just add 1/4? My god!

Ok as i write this my wife is fuckin with me, and was on me hard about measuring me.. said she wanted to know. I think her measuring was off but she says 5'9 1/2. I was just measured, for those that have questions they can confirm with my wife.

Tap out in his bodybuilding mentalitly wishes he wasnt 5'11 which is what he says he was a year or to ago. He wants to be bigger for his height! Dont you? Heavy sqauttin compressed your spine my ass! I will still say 5'10 casue with my shoes which have no lift in th efront iam 5'10. I am never bare foot! But if you want me shortr i will be shorter. So there!
 
lol i've never seen someone get so defensive over a few inches on their height... if you want to prove your 5'9 1/2", just stand next to a tape measure and take a picture... then no one can deny you of your height.
