After reading old threads and posts on aspartame (and following links to outside sources listing possible side effects), I've really decided I need to cut it out of my diet. I'm sure I'll give stevia a try (in moderation), but I've been drinking diet drinks and crystal light WAY too much. I've quit in the past...but I always seem to go back to it. I guess I could have worse addictions...but I really don't want to do this to my body anymore. It's the caffeine withdrawls I'm worried about...
Any suggestions to help with quitting (especially diet coke)? I am pretty dependent on my morning caffeine, but I can't drink coffee...
Green tea has caffine and taste great warm or chilled.
