$.02 Crossy if you clean bulk and are going to track everything, you can stick at the 40/30/30 and just bump up the cals for a 'bulk' ... It's really not something to worry about, having the perfect ratios. Bro if you dont mind im gonna need some help sorting my diet after week 9 of this. I decided to take your and a few other peoples advice and just bulk to around new year. Im after some meal plans really and best times to eat what etc during a bulk. I presume carb intake time is going to be diffrent than when cutting?
