Critique my friends pics

My friend is looking to get in good shape critique his current shape he's been on the cardio and has already dropped 15lbs, he's motivated, he just needs some pointers

No offense NinjaX, but your boy needs at least a year or two of serious lifting, diet, and cardio before he even thinks about gear.
 
No roids now man. Lift hard, eat right, do tons of cardio for a year, then and only then... maybe consider it.

I can see why your friend bloated his face out :-) You know what, I think you should tell your friend to work out and step into a gym before you put him on some roids. Lets face it, you and I both know that Steroids should really best be taken after 2 years of hard work.

However I degress. If you still want to take steroids, I would suggest doing Winny or fina. It will cut up, and strengthen at the same time. This way he can cut up and get as strong as shit! Good Luck.

eat good (clean), and Precor machine. an eca stack will help. i drpped 50 punds in 14 weeks like this.
 
at least no one here is harsh... geez... ECA is good and tell him to eat clean, i'd say in 6 months he'll look like a new man and feel like one too. I wouldn't do the winny though, not for someone who is just starting. I'd also lift heavy as he can for a while to build up a decent base first. Basic exercises along with the cardio.

if he plans on using roids sometime then he might as well use them now. theres no reason to wait if you already know you will use.

He's got some muscle but needs to lose fat. I think the answer is CKD.

Since he's really got a lot of fat I recommend longer periods of no carbs. I think that 10 days off carbs and then 2 days of loading would be good. Even on the loading days stay with the lower glycemic index carbs. It did wonders for me. I was fatter than that and it only took about 8 weeks to get into lean shape.

Supplements would be ECAY, L-Carnitine, Nolvadex (yes it helps even w/o juice) and maybe some Triac or T3 on ketosis, then on carb loading and a few days after take HCA, Chromium Picolinate and some Vanadyl Sulphate.

Juice is not necessary at this stage I think, except maybe a light anabolic if he really wants.

dude you got a long way to go. Cardio has to be done first thing in the morning to get you metabolism Kickin. Lots of proportionate size meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism woking. No jusice or heavy lifting yet, concentrate on loosing the flab. And lots of sex, helps keep the stomach muscles in shape. After that just figure out what diet, supplements an juice work for you. Stay motivated, you'll find the results your looking for in due time
 
Tell him to pack it in, he looks like shit. Just kidding bud. Keep him on the diet and cardio and let him pick a look when he gets lean. His idea of what appeals to him will probably change between now and when he is lean. No juice till he is done with the diet would be my reccomendation, also.
