critique my cutting diet

just hoping some of you guys wouldn't mind critiqueing my cutting diet. its nothing too crazy, i just decided to lose some body fat as it has increased from my all time low in december, probably due to my daily intake of chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, but my metabolism is pretty good and it took a few months to catch up to me.

my stats are 5'10", 180lbs, i would venture to say my bf% is about 13-14% as i still have a full set of abs, and they are slightly noticeable when unflexed, and a 31-32 inch waist, i'm just looking to drop about 2% like the

well, here it goes

Looks good but, well boring and TOO strict.

Add some eggs, tuna, grilled burgers (sirloin or ground chicken/turkey).
I ALWAYS tell my young guns keep a serving of something fresha and green in the diet daily, ie spring mix (best for nutritional value) brocolli, spinach...

Also add some good fats, natural peanut butter, olive oil, seeds, hormonal system needs this to function properly....

What are you doing for vitamins and any other supps?

How old are you?

20 years old. i made meal 4 so that i would still be able to replace it and go out to eat if i would like. i felt that a meal like that would be easy to replace with something at a restaraunt. i also have the proper amounts of salmon and red meat to prepare in place of the chicken if i happen to choose to eat something else.

i should have mentioned that i will be using clenbuterol probably at a maximum of 120 mcg, but probably 100mcg as my body doesn't liek the side effects that well. i have taurine to take with it as well. i have t3 on hand, but i have always been scared of messing with my thryoid, but i may taper up to something liek 50mcg 2 out of every 3 days, or taper up to it and then down.

i was considreing adding 1 serving of ANPB or a serving of cottage cheese to my meal 1, but hadn't fully decided on it. the boring part doens't bother me, this is actually exciting compared to the diet i ran a year ago that lasted me 3 months, and i'll probably only run this for 2-3 weeks, knowing my body well enough i should be able to reach my goal in the first week, then after that its just bonus.

i wasn't planning on taking any vitamins extra, except maybe potassium because of the clenbuterol. if you ahve suggestions throw them out there, i am eager to listen

oh yeah, i also do about 20 minutes of cardio in the morning, and then 20 minutes right after i work out

i also take 100mg of provigil (modanifil) everyday (its prescribed and i need it), if thats something i should take into consideration when looking at my diet

i was thinking with the t3 i'll be taking, it might be a good idea to add more fats and carbs in tehre to stimulate some more natural testosterone production to counteract some of the muscle loss, even though i have clen in there i know it will occur at a decent rate. does anyone have an opinion on this?

oh, and one meal 1 i added a half serving of ANPB, and am considering adding another half serving right before i go to bed, but haven't decided on that yet

You're only looking to drop 3.5 pounds of fat. It just seems like overkill to me. Too little calories and no need to add the clen.

ok, should i drop the T3 as well? maybe do red meat in place of chicken in one meal, or add something like pizza in there to raise calories and everything else up? what would you modify?

ok, i am dropping the T3, but still kind of leaning towards keeping the clen. i think more calories is a good idea, just not sure what and where to keep a good breakdown like what i have. would more carbs be good? more fats?
