I like it.20 work sets for three muscle groups isn't too much volume.Your tris are getting alot of work in one day, so watch your elbows.I'd probably cut back to just one tri exercise, but that's just me.I hate working arms. You picked some really good exercises as well.I like how you give your tris some time to recuperate by inserting an iso-chest movement before your delt work, and an iso-delt movement before your tri work.Looks good overall.Stick with it and post your results.Good luck brother.

Monstar-I'm creeping up on 28.I got started on the weights when I was 14.Unfortunately, I followed the writings in the muscle comics and began emulating mr olympia routines for my first four years.I've spent alot of time just reading and researching since then. The past two years have been the most productive for me and I've been fortunate enough to train with alot of knowledgable people.Like the saying goes:If you knew then, what you know now......

Yeah thats the truth!

I used to train with around 30 sets for chest haha it was totally ridiculous.. I mean thinking back now I dont know how my chest ever grew!! I trained with 8 high intensity sets yesterday and today my pecs are aching!!

:D:D

MonStar,

So true, I used to do the same thing. I would do like 4x flat bench db press, 4x decline db press, 4x incline db press, 4x flat bench db flies, incline+decline, etc etc. The good ol' days.

This morning I just did 5 very high intensity sets (each set to failure) and I'm already very sore.

My rear delts get flamed TOTALLY on back day from chins and bentover rows... anything else on chest and delt day would be overtraining I think..

:D:D

I'm sure your front delts are fried from the pressing as well. If you see that your rear delt is lagging, then do some rear delt work 3 or so days after back day.
