critique breakfast

my morning breakfast consists of this:
2 eggs w/ cheese on roll
1 8oz yogurt
1 large OJ

totals
Calories-790
Preotein-35g
Fat-25g

looking to bulk up. i am going to eat another 3-4 meals today but i wanted to know how i am starting out. Lunch will probably be a large turkey sandwich and fresh fruit. I will throw in a smoothie eventually. I weigh 165lbs and i want to add more weight.

yeah dude you need to be eating a lot more. try 6-7 egg whites and then move up to 10-12 egg whites with a yolk or two and some wheat bread and a big ass protien shake with some peanut butter.

Where did you get 790 calories? just wondering

i will change my eating patterns. I dont know how u guys can eat 10 eggs in one sitting. Plus i work 9-5 so my boss would think im nuts stuffing my grill with handfulls of eggs every day. a simple egg sandwich will do for me but i will start eating more and much healtier.
