last night we rowed for 7 miles tonight were doing 8-10miles im only geting 2000 cals aday and i work ou t every day xcept thurs and sun am i getting enough ? im 15
For your size, I'd say 2000 is pretty good. But you're still growing so you could probably handle even more. But your fine for the rowing. I don't think you'd need to do any additional cardio however.
