That's a very telling video -- and makes a very fair point.

But when are people just playing the odds? Is it racist that I'd be guarded seeing a group of black panthers coming toward me but would be completely relaxed if a group of Mormons did?

And what about police investigations? If 94% of all African American murders are done by other African Americans, should investigations lean in that general direction?

Wrong. If someone punches you in the face and you fear serious bodily harm, not necessarily death, you can cap them. But, anyone can start a fight with someone knowing that they have a gun for backup in case they get their ass kicked. Sticky situation
