His priors don't justify the shooting, but the kids smashing a guys head into concrete sure does.


Remember, the scuffle was nearly 3 minutes long. The guy didn't just pull his piece and shoot the kid, it was only after minutes of getting his head smashed in that he pulled a gun a shot.

Have you ever been thumped in the skull? I have, and trust me, you don't think clearly even if you're highly trained. Fear settles in, and if he continues to get crashed and bloodied, you know he resorted to his last option to make it stop, which is shooting someone.



The more and more I think about this, the more I feel the not guilty verdict was proper.


Also, the more I see you talk about this, the more I realize you make this an emotional issue and leave straight facts of the situation out of it.

I want to address the "smash your head in the concrete" part of that post. Theres no video to confirm that. The John Good testimony was reviewed and found to be not physicqlly possible.

So if I were to smash the back of your head into concrete, youd be be bleeding profusely AND youd be unconscious.
That part of Georges story makes no sense. Infact all of it makes no sense.
He should have testified AND on a polygraph like redsamuai suggested.
