Creatine??

The maybe a two dumb quetions but I am not sure of the answers.

When taking Creatine is the "water weight" you gain in just the muscle cells, subQ, or both? More specifically, If you are on a diet will the creatine give you a bloated or smoothing look? I am thinking taking Creatine before and possibly during my next cycle but do not want to get the smooth look as my diet is going well right now.
 
It is both from what I have read here. When I was on creatine I didn't feel or look bloated IMO. I think some people react differently.
 
caffiene will tota.lly counteract the cell-volumizing quality that creatine gives you....so try your damndist no to have any caffiene while taking it...and i would only take creatine after youve takin your bf% below 18 at least.....dont want to fill your muscles with water unless your already at least slightly cut...then its ok
 
I am well below 18% --- I am actually around 10-11% and do not want to look bloated from taking creatine.

Thanks for the tip on the caffiene. I usually drink a cup of coffee in the morning. I am also going to start an ECA cycle soon to get into the single digits. Peace
