Creatine

I don't think so...

why don't you want that "full" look ?

I've always felt creatine made me hold subcutaneous water as well as intramuscular. That's why I don't use it....

this is a product called creatine glyerol phosphate.....the creatine phosphate is supposed to be a better form of creatine than creatine monohydrate. Glycerol makes the muslce "soak up" the water weight one might have betweeen their musles and their skin. some people use it before photoshoots or what not.....so in essence, the creating glycerol phosphate is supposed to be a superior form of creatine that does not allow extra water weight to be put on besides in muscle tissue

I don't want the water retention - want to keep the muscle definition I have now. Hate retaining water. Hate feeling bloated and full. No matter how much I try not to be, I'm still a girly-girl about some things.... *sigh* I want the strength increase, but not the fullness that comes with it....

SeekingPerfection - is the Creatine Glyerol Phosphate pretty easy to find? Cost?

daisy girl- Creatine Glycerol Phosphate is easy to find. metabolic nutrition makes it and it goes by the name CGP. also, the owner of the store i work at makes creatine glycerol magnesium phosphate. it is a real good product, i like it alot.

dont want the water retention? why, b/f would call you a water retaining sea cow? dont worry, ill be here for ya. come over anytime.... il take real good care of you (please dont beat me up for that).:p

Hey Nutri,

I take CGP and like it alot. But what is the difference with the Magnesium one your boss makes? And what is the cost diff/serving size? Ive had pretty good gains on CGP without holding too much water, been off and on it for about a year now.

Thanks :D

CGP does have a little magnesium in it. not as much as magnasol though. other ingredients in the magnasol include alpha lipoic acid and vandyl sulfate. i think there is something else too, cant remember. its not terribly cheap, but it works.

take a look at it here

Nah, I'd just FEEL like a water retaining sea cow! BF doesn't notice muscle gains, I doubt he would notice water retention. :( I just hate the feeling - makes me feel GROSS!

Thx for the info on CGP. I'll have to check it out!

CGP is good...it's about the only creatine that doesn't make me hold water. I like Metabolic Nutrition's products alot. I think there great quality- plus they taste great.
