Creatine side affects

Do you guys get any side effects with creatine? I feel like it makes me anxious sometimes and gives me bad stomache gas. Could it be the brand im using or sonething else? Please help

ive never had any issue with creatine at all... what brand are you using and are you taking any other supps as well? how long has this been going on?

I use assault by musclepharm from gnc. I take half scoop preworkout after bkfast then later that day i take weight gain protein .

^^haha yup I remember when I was on that company's bandwagon awhile ago. Same problem, got the stuff for free and was destroying my stomache. Stay away man. Get yourself some pure creatine without all that added bs from company's. Check out ntbm.com's creatine, great stuff. All you need brotha man

Only side I've ever got from Creatine is the bloat, and that pretty much comes from the bulk monohydrate only

Avoid almost anything from gnc. There products are like food full of preservatives. All filler

Assault is not a creatine supp, its a pre workout stimulant with added creatine and other shit in it..
Any creatine mono will work, just make sure its 100% HPLC tested, if not then its garbage..
