This is what I do -
Take your creatine dose 15 prior to finshing your workout - and protein shake right after.
45 min into your workout your body will have slightly elevated natural hormones like it does in your 2 hour post workout window, and the creatine will have 15 minutes in a competition free enviroment to get absobed, which is all it really needs. So by the time its absobed your workout will be over and you can down your shake.
