Creatine on a diet cycle, good or bad?

There are two types of creatine ones with a delivery system of some sugars and then those without a delivery system where you provide that using grape juice or something else. My question is that since almost all magazines and people believe in using a delivery system with creatine and that delivery system is most always going to be carb based sugars, are those that diet taking creatine or not?
 
Creatine can help while you diet because it helps maintain muscle mass. Try using creatine monohydrate in pure form that doesnt have any sugars in the mix. I don't think these delivery systems work anyway, they are just hype.
 
if u use the creatine with simple sugars after workout as a PW Shake then it should be ok
The creatine might make you hold more water though but i've heard that the added mscle u can get from creatine will help cutting cos u will have a slightly higher BMR
