Creatine off cycle?

I would assume other than during your cutting cycle they would be on Creatine on a constant basis. Increase in muscle strength and thickness is typically desireable other than I believe Creatine can make you retain water?
 
I've always used creatine on and off cycle. I see no reason to start or stop it at any point and even if you do it won't make much difference long term. Afterall it's in meat.
 
yes creatine holds water in your muscle cells... i never seem too much interests while on cycle... because of water retention i get from long esters and dbol
 
creatine like most sups should be cycled. your body will get used to the high level and it will not work as well or stop working all together. there is creatine in beef but not much so when you start loading you are increasing your level drastically.
 
i only have 5 mgs a day as i have read once you load up after 5days your body cant store much more,,so only 5mgs a day is needed for maintenanance???
