from what i have heard, its not good to use if you play any kind of sports. that link had some fucked up reviews on it. i never took the stuff and dont plan on it.
You have to drink a shitload of water while you're on creatine. If creatine is pulling water into your muslces, what do you think happens? You get dehydrated!!! That can effect electrolyte balance and blood pressure. You can't just take creatine and expect it to do all of the work. You have to be careful and know what you're doing. That's why I always talk to my doctor before taking anything.
I think with any supplement you have to know what's going into your body and what effect it has, some people don't understand and end up doing damage. What's to be said about abuse of creeatine also, if someone's doing ridiculous megadoses, of course their going to be damage.
Those reviews have the look of propaganda and they also don't mention the other factors that may have caused the problems, poor form, poor diet, prexisisting problems, etc.
Also some people just like to complain also. I've been on and creatine for three years and havn't run into problems.
On a side note ,I've heard that creatine was an " Anabolic steroid". What ever...
