creatine in milk is ok... heck creatine in anything is ok except orange juice, the citric acid in orange juice reacts with creatine so it doesnt effect the muscles as it should - and creating loading is a bunch of crap.. you just piss it out that excess creatine and 5gs is not enough you should be taking 5gs before you work out and 5 gs right after... and dont stay on creatine for over 100 servings your body gets immune to it - come off it for atleast a month then start back on it again - do a protein shake cycle for the month - it helps...
