Creatine Ethyl Ester

Mr.Nobody

New member
Sorry for the topic not being about steroids, but since I want to maximize what I can get out of OTC supps, and cant use a proper search, I'd like to see if any of you professionals thinks Creatine Ethyl Ester is a worthy addition to my bulking routine
Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your replies

95% diet... 5% (MAX) supplements...

something to think about :)

So if you have money to spend after you eat 8lbs of steak a week... go for it, lol (a gross exageration btw... unless you're a 300lber or just eating steak for your protein source)

I eat over 10lbs of turkey and 4lbs lean ground beef every wk.

I totally disagree, because supplements MAKE my diet.

My point was that 8lbs in a wk is not very much.
i know bro, i was typing to fast.. and stating what you eat per week means nothing without your weight or goals, i don't know what that means reletively to your size and goals... but it's all good man.

and i didn't know the macronutrient breakdown for red meat off the top of my head like I do chicken... i know it's much more caloricly dense do to the fat content though.

how bout this:

Food es priority numero uno :)

Gotcha. That I agree w/.

So, should I save my money? I used to take the Walmart brand and for me it worked pretty well, just wandering if the new composition is worth the money
Thanks

Are we to be impressed by that statement YG? Supplements are important - but Sarge's statement is correct.

since this has turned into a supp thread.....which supps would you buy with the remainder of your money. This may also help the original post.

I like this theory a lot. I eat at least a steak a night. Not 300#'s yet. only 208 but wtf I like steak!

CEE is fantastic for stamina. while "off" anyways. I use it first thing in the morning 15-20 mins before heading to the gym with a small glass of OJ. I never feel weak even at 6am.

guys, the consensus is already that food is a top priority.... mr.nobody's question was specifically about adding CEE to his routine... my opinion is a definite yes, though I personally use it during my "off" periods to give me that added boost of endurance (plus I'm a believer of cycling everything, including OTC's)

CEE is the best, far better than C mono. I get mine from GNC and really notice a difference when I don't take it. It dries you out big time, along with the AIFM.

CEE is one of those few supplements that actually works. Everything else out there, especially MuscleTech, i just piss out with no gains. Hoodia is shit too.

my personal opinion is that CEE is just the newest(??) supp put out to by supp companies because their creatine sales were declining and companies like GNC to rip off those that newbies that they make their hussle on!! creatine is creatine... ethyl ester is just that it's an ester... a bond for the chemical you are ingesting be it gear or supps... it is just something that stabilizes the chemical it is attached to... I've taken both and don't waste the money on CEE though currently I am taking mono again as I don't honestly believe there is a difference!! it is the same old argument with test esters... and I believe test is test is test!! people will argue that tequila gives you a more crazy drunk than vodka... but alcohol is alcohol.... and the rest is just up to you to decide!!

dont know much about your experience, but the basics are

Pre WO : maltodextrin, protein supp, creatine
Post WO: maltodextrin, protein supp add dextrose, creatine

multivitamin twice a day

now there is so much farther you can go with supplementation, but these are your basics, and fairly cheap.

remember to cycle your creatine 4-6 weeks at a time.

if you cycle, for simplicities sake, lets say a 12 week test-e, run creatine for first 5 weeks, discontinue through week 10, start again and creatine will last through PCT and help keep gains.

and like sarge and srf say, eat those meats!

no to hijack. But i just bought some Creatine Titrate that is suppose to not bloat like monohydrate.. heard of it?
