Creatine dose

There should be a scoop inside the can. Use that.
I prefer using my food scale because those scoops are typically not measured correctly.

yeah didn't it come with a scoop?

this is why i prefer ancient strength creatine from n2bm. no mixing, no scoop..

these creatine mixes contain a lot of fillers and junk
