i use Ancient Strength sold at needtobuildmuscle.com . its a well rounded creatine supp that contains the perfect blend of creatine monohydrate, creatine pyruvate & creatine phosphate

Creatine is a very valuable supplement. I definitely recommend everyone using it. Needto has a great write up on it on this forum...

PowerChews.com is a new board sponsor that has a new innovative line of supplements with Creatine using Creapure at 5 grams per serving. Check them out!

I added 5lbs during the loading phase. Sure it was just water but it was in the muscle - not edema like water held by excess estrogen. At that time I was just training for a little over a year and it puffed me up. My lifts went up 5-10% as well.

I just use creatine monohydrate.

Now I just really take it because I monitor my weight and don't want to lose the 5lbs. Personally I think its most effective earlier on in your training.

Always good to take 5g prior to ur workout or when stacking in my opinion

With all the science backing Creatine I'm not sure it can be deemed invaluable, but some forms are superior in my opinion (and semi-proven again by science). Creapure and monohydrate are the two routes worthwhile and each are relatively inexpensive...
