Dosages would not change BUT keep in mind that protein has calories and calories matter when cutting. If you are eating absurd amounts of protein, you won't loose weight.
Also, if cutting, make sure to use a good quality whey isolate that isn't loaded with fillers. A lot of protein powders on the market are loaded with things like sugar, high fructose corn syrup etc. to make the product taste good. All you want to see in your protein supplement is whey isolate, natural flavours and stevia.
Protein has no set "dose". It is simply food so just track your calories to ensure you are in a deficit when cutting.
Creatine dose would be the same. 5-10g per day. Just keep in mind that some people do retain water while using creatine. Just make sure you are drinking enough water to limit this effect.
