Crazy bulking cycle want to keep bloat low

Training since 8 years. I'm preparing for a competition.
Body fat 10
Weight 180 lbs at 5 feet 9 inches

Test 700 mgs
Nandrolone phenyl propionate 700 mgs
Anadrol 50 mgs for 4 weeks
Insulin 8 ius post workout for 4 weeks
Peg mgf into calves 150 twice a week
Igf lr3 100 twice a week
Hgh 5 ius five days a week or 10 ius eod

Aromasin 25 mgs ed
Toremifiene 60 mgs ed

Everything run for 12 weeks

I get gyno on almost anything. Is there anything else I can take to prevent it. I need to bulk up real bad. I get gyno on test letro at times. So please advice.
 
You get gynecomastia symptoms with letrozole? Your dosing protocol must be off. Your best best is a letrozole + cycle mix to make sure you get your bloat down. That being said, you seem to be overdoing it on this cycle, even preparing for a competition, why do you need Insulin? or HGH? You can easily get the same results with a lot less side effects. If anything, I would like to see your run Cardarine (GW-501516) and Andarine (S-4) for your cutting phase and getting rid of HGH.
 
Will letro keep gyno from deca and anadrol away? I forgot to write that I'm on prami as well. 0.5 mg.
I need to gain 40 lbs hence the hgh and slin. I'm competing in a much higher weight class.
Also how much letro should I run.
 
Dude, bodybuilding is a marathon and not a race. It's going to take years to gain 40 lbs unless its fat. It doesn't matter what you run. Quit being careless and drop the slin and GH. That stuff should be reserved for advanced bodybuilders that are much farther along than you. How old are you?

This does not make a lot of sense.. you are prone to gyno and want to limit bloat?

700mg Test = Bloat and Gyno
700mg NPP = maybe some bloat.. and possible gyno
Anadrol = Bloat and possible gyno
Insulin = You will get bloated as fuck.

What do you need to put 40 pounds on for? If you do put on 40 pounds, you're not going to be lean.

I agree with rr. Your years away from. Being ready to compete with true 220's. Take it slow and get quality gains. And honestly if you need gear to reach the 200lb mark then you probably don't have the genetics to compete with those heavy guys anyway. If you wanna compete then look into competing against the lighter guys for now while your body grows.
 
Yeah. I'd drop the Insulin. I was training 15 years before I got near Hgh or Insulin. And I still don't do a lot insulin. If you gain 40 lbs of lean muscle in a decade you've done well. You competing in 2025? ;)

Why are you running a serm ED throughout your cycle? I agree with the aromasin ED throughout the cycle, but unless this is some new craze going around running a serm throughout, you should drop the torem. Save that for PCT. AG guys if you need any of that stuff.
 
I plan on cutting down to 200. Hopin to gain 20 lbs of muscle. Serm throughout because that's the only thing preventing my gyno. I can run letro. But it's the binding to that receptor that's the problem. What can I run so that there is no chance of gyno. And still get big. Hgh and slin I feel are far less harmful than these roids
 
Well running high amounts of gear isn't going to put 20 pounds of muscle on you. Your diet is more important that what you run. Also, putting on 20 pounds of muscle is not an easy feet at all. If you do put on 20 pounds, there is no way you will still be lean.

1-10 Test Prop 100 mg/eod
1-10 NPP 150 mg/eod
1-4 Superdrol 20 mg/day

Something like that.
Then Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat.
You don't need HGH.
I won't lie, insulin will put size on you. But at 180 pounds, I don't think you are ready for it. If you choose to use it, make sure you know what you are doing.
 
The problem is I cycle twice in 14 months approx. and I have never just gained. It's usually 6 weeks gaining then 6 weeks cut because I end up competing. That a picture of my back after my last cycle of tren 400 mg and primo 600 mg for ten weeks. Now I just want to get big. And I have little time because of some huge complications. If possible please give me some diet guide lines as well. I ll be careful with slin. I tried it for a week with a glucometer and everything. I prefer peptides because I do get hairloss.

Trying to force yourself to gain 40 lbs is a bad idea and your body isn't gonna like it. Give it a few years to get up to 240 then when you cut to 220 you'll still be big on stage. Start slow with the drugs and gradually increase over the course of your blasts and cruises.

could you please tell me how to blast and cruise. i take a lot of time off. which makes me lose my gains but each time im better than the last even though i feel that ive lost. i get good maturity. could u help me with a sample of cycle for a year with a comp in around sept. ill be very grateful. im really confused as to how to be safe and yet make the most.

Well first of all if your gonna compete seriously then the drug protocol year round isn't the safest route. Those guys run amounts that make your average recreational juice user that cycles look like child's play. They run more in a week then your normal user runs in a entire cycle. If you go that route then you aren't ever coming off again. Some like short blasts of 4-6 weeks and others like longer ones. The cruises should be enough to clean the system out somewhat from the harsh stuff. Test is a staple year round and the dose varies from person To person. As you progress then so will hgh and slin will be cycled regularly during bulking. Slin is a dangerous game though so be very careful and smart or it can kill you. For someone just starting out a basic year of blasting and cruising would be something like,

1-12 blast- bulking
1-12 cruise on test 250-300 mg week
1-8 blast- bulk
1-6 cruise test 200 mg, decca 300mg
1-12 blast- cut for comp
After comp
1-12 cruise test 300-350
Then you can decide if you wanna start bringing in the hgh year round. I wouldn't play with slin for a couple years of doing this. You can also add in mild compounds during your cruises or pulse high doses of test for short periods, but keep the test low on the blasts and max your other compounds. Don't do more then your tolerance allows though or you'll regret it. I also suggest having a solid cycle support protocol in place year round. I use n2guard year round, whatever other stuff you decide to add in is your choice but I highly suggest that. I also suggest you rotate hcg and hcgenerate in regular intervals. I like to do 4 weeks on and 4-6 off to keep the balls Plump.

i think you need to be realistic about what you can achieve on any cycle and realise that you cant ignore the fact that you are gyno prone .

hgh EOD is not the way to use it.
have you ever use slin before ?

I've already gotten my gyno removed once. My doc will remove the whole gland after my next Cycle whatever it may be. I'm getting hair prp done. You don't understand that it is indispensable for me to have a great physique and not just an acceptable one. It's my bread and butter. I want to be sensible about it and at the same time make the most of it. I take prami no caber because of the gh spike. I've used slin but it was a task to keep the blood glucose in check with a glucose meter. So stopped in a week. Will do it right this time. I prefer more peps.
