Cramping arches

My arches have started cramping up this week. I'm doing nothing differently - drinking the same amount of fluids, taking the same doses of supplements, eating the same foods (pre-contest diet - same thing every day)...why are my arches cramping? It's killing me when I stretch - everytime I go into a split my rear foot cramps up and I fall over. Is it the change in weather? It's recently gotten a little chilly here in the lovely North East. Should I bump my potassium? I'm currently supplementing 500 mg/day, broken into a morning and evening dose.

How low is your bf%? I saw a post on the diet board where cramping arches was given as a symptom of very low body fat for extended periods ...

I haven't checked my bodyfat because my calipers are broken. However, I'm at my all time lowest pre-contest weight as of today - 129 lbs. I ran all my upper body measurements, and none of them changed, and my upper thigh dropped another 1/4 inch, so I'm hopin' it was fat. :-) I'm getting pretty darn lean, so maybe that's contributing. The weather did suddenly get cold - I'm actually turning on the heat at night + an extra blanket, so maybe that's why I'm cramping.
