Crab EMERGENCY!

I need to know everything there is....how to cook, nutrient profile, how to reduce the sodium, etc.....pleeeeze!

Crab legs are simple to cook. Throw em in a steamer basket until they change color. Crack, dip in garlic butter, devour :-D.

Sodium is such a harsh word. Unique and irreplacable marine minerals or nature's treasure chest from the ocean would make your task much easier.
Honestly, the effects of sodium in terms of your bodybuilding needs will be negligable unless you're < two weeks from a competition. It's not that hard to be a little extra careful in the rest of your diet if you want but it's not a necessity.

I agree. Also, not everybody is Na+ sensitive.

When it comes to a meal like crab legs, i'd rather enjoy them the unhealthy way and enjoy a good tasting meal. But then again, I do not eat them often so they are like a treat to me when I actually do get the chance. Yummy...crab legs with butter is good!
