Yep , work on size and thickness.
That avatar pic doesn't do your back width any justice

that pose doesnt show width. if i remember correctly steve reeves used to do this one, and was great at it. im on my way to the gym for pulls right now, will try for some better shots.

The pose isn't the issue. The position of the camera and your position makes it look like the camera is almost as thick as your back

lol.. i tried to do better with the camera. here some new ones. not very good

awesome.

question - what is your delt routine?

you are pretty thick, take this is a compliment - you would look like a monster if you brought your shoulders up a bit

everything else is solid

how are the wheels?

right now i do a push pull routine today was my pull day so my anterior chain was a little deflated.

this is how i am training right now

monday: behind the neck push press, olympic back squat, incline dumbells
tuesday: straight legged deads, power cleans, weighted chins

thursday: close grip bench, front squat, weighted dips
friday: pendlay rows, bodyweight chins, bodyweight hyper extensions, db curls

i basically apply 5x5 methodology to this push/pull, weekly progression and ramping sets. i almost always do sets of five except for squats those are usually 8's. and i typically do one back off set after the work sets for a 10 rep set, i progress this back off set weekly too.

edit: thanks for the compliment btw
