Hello all of you wonderful ladies!!! Thanks so much for the support!!! Im hanging in there... just got back from am cardio... ate 5oz. steak (YUCK) ... and 2 boullium cubes-my mouth is so salthy! Today is NO CARBS at all but tomorrow I carb up!! IM SO EXCITED about that.... I also drop the water starting tomorrow so I should start filling out my muscles and drying out. Also, did I mention tomorrow is last cardio day??? YEY!! Its finally winding down. School is kind of put on hold for this week, but Im sure I'll pull through. Finals are in 2 weeks!!!!! yikes~ !!!
--I keep dreaming about the contest and the day of the show. Like I do my routine and step off the stage. Everyone tells me I did ok except my legs were a little giggly(lol) and too big. Thats my only insecurity- my legs arent really that cut up . HOwever, I am competing against 3 women. One is 37 years old and is SO RIPPED, the other is lean and has done the show before, and the 3rd is my x-workout partner who's been training for about 6 years. SO, if I even come close---- its SOMETHING right? I cant wait to get this thing done and post pictures, my progress stats, hopefully the video!!! I cant wait!!! Again, thanks so much for the support. Sorry if Ive been neglecting the log, but thise carb/water depletion thing is so detailed and complex... its gotta be done precisely so it takes up so much time!
