i always eat cottage cheese for my last meal before bed b/c i has casein protein. Should I not do this while cutting. I just started cutting so would it be best to cut it out? What should I have for my last meal instead?
I cut out all dairy 8 weeks b-4 contest, I have been told by my Pre Contest Trainer that everyone has some reaction to dairy and will hold water on everyone to some degree. also I do see my skin thinner after 2 weeks of no dairy.
IMO I feel this is completely subjective and based on YOUR goals... like Pro suggested if you were training Pre Contest (even though I know QT kept it in in during her cut for comp prep for awhile) then I can see tossing it .. if you are trying to lean out for summer and shed some BF, I don't think you need to exclude it, esp you enjoy it and it works for YOU ... until you hit a plat or need to tweak etc...
lissen to youre body bro.do you feal fat after you eat cottege chease.that youre body saying dont give me this shit.its called intsictive training.know what youre body needs to get to were you want it to be.
I didn't grow up on a farm but I don't think cows lay eggs.
Cottage cheese has a lot of sugar in it, and can make you bloat.. that said if you're not bothered with water weight (which can be dropped in a couple of days) then have at it imo.
A. What part of the cow would you consider they come from?
Giving you the benefit of the doubt, we looked up the word dairy in a dictionary to find that it comes from an Old English word for a "female bread baker." The root of the word is the modern-day word for "dough." And it is conceivable to us that eggs have as much relevance to the origin of the word dairy as butter does.
But nowadays, the word dairy only has to do with milk and cream and related products: sour cream, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc. You may often find eggs and dairy categorized together ... but they remain as distinct as the species from which they come. "
