So let's say you're at a Mexican restaurant with normal people.
It's not cheat day so you're not going to order nachos, quesadillas or enchiladas, right? Fajitas are the only thing you can really control the ingredients of.
So is it a myth that the corn tortillas as "healthier" for you than the flour ones? Or is it true, and how come?
