Contest prep without AAS

To the OP:

I think your brother is fine competing naturally, and if he found the right show could do very well. I would STRONGLY suggest he try to find a tested show if he wants to compete naturally. It will help level the playing field much more than a non tested show. There are a lot of guys that still juice and come off right before a tested show, but he has a much better chance at competing at that level, and it will help him get a feel for the stage for the future.

I would tell him to stay away from Clen, and look into some natural supplements to help him along the way. If he is open to the idea, SARMS can be a real game changer for him in his prep,as well, and most contest testing methods can't test for them.

Haha you're entitled to your opinion but I agree with Nelson that comment is absolutely absurd. My father won Mr. Illinois with nothing more than a good diet, and at barely over 200 lbs. blew away all the competition that was obviously using and 40 lbs. heavier than him. Has a lot to do with genetics but there are many true natural bodybuilders that are in phenomenal shape. Blame it on your genetics, diet, or training that you can't get ripped without drugs, but to say something like that is truly ridiculous.

If I'm entitled to my own opinion, then why are you knocking it? Again, imo, dieting without drugs is a waste of time. Have a nice day!

Because he's providing evidence that your assertion is incorrect. Of course, if you say that dieting without drugs is a waste of time for YOU, then that's your perspective. Opinions are takes on an issue. Facts are something else. And individual results are something else altogether.

Nah, he didn't provide any evidence.. He simply stated that his daddy dieted natural, so his argument is worthless. Am I supposed to take his words as being factual? He could be lying, or exaggerating for all I know, just for the sake of arguing.

Look, I know people get into shape without drugs, but imo, if a person wants to be competitive, sooner or later they will have to drugs.
