I've been told two different things. To build mass by doing squats I've been told to do 5 sets of 5 reps and I've also been told to do 1 set of 20 reps. What should I be doing? My max squat is 195 pounds (I'm only 142 lbs. w/ skinny legs - gimme a break). If you suggest 1 set of 20 reps... what weight should I be squatting with that?
