concentrate v. isolate

Concentrate is cheaper to buy than isolate , could be one reason

The only thing I would add is that it is A LOT cheaper Hahaha.

But I was however under the impression that they both had a BV of 1.00 (or 100).

if isolate is more absorbable, why go with concentrate over isolate? maybe theres something im missing here.
Also isolate is more important to some people than others. One person may need isolate to get fast bioavailability, and the next may get comparable results from both isolate and concentrate. If you don't care about the cash, just use isolate. If you do, experment with both to learn how much better (if any) isolate is than concentrate for you. Then you'll know how much difference in results you're getting for the extra $$$.

Someday there may be a test to see whether you're a person who needs isolate or not. Until then it's trial and error.

Concentrates max out at 80%. Isolates can be as high as 90% depending on the testing method.

No matter what anyone says, isolate is simply concentrate with more processing.
