Complete Bicep Tear

Well,

I completely tore out mt left bicep this last Saturday. The good news is that I had surgery last night and it was a complete success. The bad news is that I've been instructed to not lift for 3 months....fuck.

Cardio and lower body, as long as it doesn't aggravate my arm is OK.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do while I wait? I'm running 200mg Test E/week as TRT, but I've been thinking of taking this 3 months to increase my cardio, tighten up my diet and try a cutting cycle.

I've got Tren E, Boldenone EQ, Winny, Test E and P (hate that shit though...hurts like hell).

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA

If you don't mind me asking, detailed how'd it happen and was there anyway you could have prevented it?

Heh...Well, it kinda embarrassing. I mean, I lift my brains out all the damn time. I just finished a Tough Mudder challenge not but 2 weeks ago....and how'd this happen? I was lifting a television of all things. Granted, it was an old 36" tube tv which isn't exactly light, but c'mon...a tv? LOL!

I dont reccommend doing a cycle when you cant lift at 100%. I would stay on hrt and do rehab and improve what you can ie cardio, and legs. I would also get on tb500 as the healing effects might speed the process.

Lol a Fucking tv, not good man 3 months that's rough but think healing it up and sticking out the time would be best idea n not run anything. Bitta cardio n legs so u don't feel lazy

"obsessed is what the lazy call the motivated"

TB-500 and Ostarine would both be good for healing properties bro.

Sorry to hear about your injury, it just hasn't been your best coupke of months lately has it bro, but what can you do. I would continue TRT and run Osta at 25mgs a day as well as TB-500. If you want to cut, use those crazy chef skills of yours and structure your diet around your goal.

Cool....Thanks for the suggestions gang. I suppose the TRT will help me maintain and not lose what I've gained while I recuperate. Time to go create some new, healthy dishes in the kitchen. LOL!

you will be back don't worry. just let it heal up and work your lower body.. stick with the HRT, i wouldn't mess with a cycle till you are 100%.

a buddy of mine broke his leg.. this guy was an ironman btw and flew to Hawaii and also Europe to compete in big triathlons... he broke his leg in flag football of all things when he ran into 2 other guys catching an interception. so he spent the next 6 months just working out his upper body and getting it strong as hell.. once his leg healed he was back setting PR's in road races in no time. muscle memory is a beautiful thing and giving your body a break can be a blessing long term. he is actually today faster than he was before the injury so maybe that bad thing was a blessing in disguise and he needed a break
