first time I got to see these and let me say you where robbed. my first show I placed 2nd to a smooth guy who was bigger I was ripped. the fucking judges need to reward the best body and best condition not just the biggest. they are sending a fucked up message of half ass diet, od on GH and come ion big and you will win. it pisses me off. two comments that where mentioned smile and bring up legs to match your awesome upper body. there big and seperated but a little below upper body. great job and keep training for the next show. the more the judges see you the better it will get. you looked great.

Actually, it's funny because the only reason I wasn't smiling was because I arrived at prejudging at 8AM and I didn't go on stage until about 4PM, so it was a very long and boring time backstage which left me in no mood to smile, unfortunately.

Anyway, thanks for the input. I changed my leg workout and hopefully I can transform them in the next 4 months. We'll see..

Really? You know, a lot of people are saying the same thing. The show that I competed in was a very big ameture-level show here on the east coast, so there was a lot of good competition. I'm not letting this discourage me in any way. I plan to do a lot better next time.

Great job, man. I'm not seeing these "smooth legs" the others are seeing. Did you work w/ a posing coach? My first thought was that you were having trouble keeping your legs flexed while focusing on upper body.
