competition day: what do you eat?

mix 1 scoop whey protein powder what ever your favorite is, 3tbs peanutbutter 3tbs honey

put pb in mico for 30sec then add honey for a30sec, mix protein and a little water to make a past. put in a little tupperware and in the frig.

show day spead on plain rice cakes......good eats

at 5 am I ate 6oz steak and a potato
at 8am I ate 4oz chicken and 6 oz sweet potato

1 hour b-4 judging I ate 1/2 cup cherrie pie filling and a few rice cakes with the spread
and siped on real coke (dam I havent had real pop in years)

Felt very good on stage and filled in ok.....this was my first show as rookies do I looked better that evening, next time I will hit the carbs harder Thursday and Friday

ps I'm a middle weight, weight in at 162 sharp and Hard as nails but could have been a little fuller!
 
AM- oatmeal, 1/2 banana
1 hr before prejuding- yam
morning compete.
1 glass water, chick. breast, rice cake.
evening compete

(Figure comp. diet not bodybuilding).
 
usually 4oz of sweet poatato every hour up until 2 hours before the show. 1/2 cup black coffee. 2 tablespoons gycerol an hour before Pre-judging. That is about it. I dont like to eat a lot before. I like to keep my stomach slightly empty so i dont feel bloated.
After prejudging/8 oz of water, some chicken, maybe some green vegtables. not much though.

yup. I like macadamia nuts tho.
