in my coming offseasondiet im thinking about cycling a keto diet whit my ordinary 60 procent carbs 20 protein and 20 fat diet.
so ill maybe eat 700 cals over my need on trainingdays, and on non training days ill eat like 500 - cals a day.
so almost no carbs and little fat and much protein on nontraining days. and much carbs and moderate fat and protein on training days.
counted out that ill gain about 2-2,5 pounds a month if the numbers is corecct. what do u think about that?
