Can you re-word the question, mate?? The latter part makes no sense! If you just want to know if cold cuts of meat will suffice to get your protein intake, then of course! Its real food and a prime protein source!
Ahh. I get it. We've had this before. There are 'cold cuts' and then there are cold cuts. Simply put those full of nitrates (like most salamis and similar) are not good. Cold, sliced chicken etc is fine. Check the labeling on prepacked meats.
