When I first got to the states....I remember asking for coffee at a restaurant.
waiter----"coffee"
me--------"Yes"
waiter-----"regular"
me---------"yes, regular"
when the guy comes with the coffee, it is coffee with milk, and I told him..."I asked u for regular coffee...not coffee with milk".
Them my companion explained to me that in America "regular" means w/milk.
I felt like an idiot....
I just wanted to share that with u.......now I think about it and it seem so funny that makes me laugh...

I've lived in America all my life, and regular means black where I live.

Well ...not in NYC...
I have asked lots of people in diferent eating locals....and regular coffee means coffee+milk

I would not go working out without my large coffee (extra black w/o sugar)

Black coffee (no sugar, no milk, no cream) :

tastes better than Hydroxycut
is almost as effective as Ripped fuel
is way less expensive than Xenadrine
is much safer than DNP

I use to load mine with sugar and rich creamers....I am a coffee addict. But since watching my intake, I now take it black.....like my men .

How I do LOVE coffee, but cuban coffee especially! To relieve myself of a guilt trip of too much sugar intake...I just say, "Equal please!!"

There is a really really great Cuban restaurant about 6 blocks from my house, that I walk past on my to and from work every morning. Man, that's a diet killer. I had to change my route, when I was first getting back into eating right.

Drinking coffee is fine..I personally think it is good for cutting..its part of your ECA stack..just make sure you remember that it dehydrates you so you need to push your water more.....take in more water to make up for those cups you drank
