How much of this stuff should I take?

Should I take it with or with out meals?

Its 2 late.... I’m already mentally disturbed by it. My doctor told me the traumatic experience of consuming nasty fish oil with a tablespoon would induce posttraumatic stress disorder. I'm already seeing half rotten fish flopping on my tampon box and they keep calling my name. Oh the horror.
