Pump. You dont want to go to big though man, I'm only 7" and almost every girl I have been with tells me not to go so deep cuz it hurts.

I am not certain what implants you are referring too that would give you that kind of length.

Pumps are implanted when the patient is impotent, an unresponsive to therapy, drugs and stimulation.

The procedure is delicate, painful, not completely effective.

I have a friend who became impotent after prostrate cancer, and had a pump implanted in March, it still is not working correctly.

Bro, you are going to damage your penis with those pumps. They are dangerous, and can actually rupture some of the chambers in your penis and you risk loosing size. Just work on your technique. Buy books on being a better lover, and make certain they are written by women... and learn to use your tounge better. Size only counts up to a point. I garentee you if you have a 12" cock, yes some women will go for that, but alot of them will tell you "hell no!" as soon as they see it.

Klueles, anywho, its basically a plastic tub with a ruber flexable seal around the bottom that you put it through. it will have either a pump you pump up by hand or an electric on it that creates vacuum in the tube. It inflates it through vacuum, drawing extra blood into the penis, and they are advertised to cause some permanant expansion of the bloos chambers into the shaft. Hmmm... I have 7" and have only heard that a couple times. I get compliment though. I would agree though, most girls are not going to want anything much larger. There are exceptions of course.
 
It is an ego shit!!....I'm around 9" and of course can't go deep with my girl but my self esteem goes very high every day when i look myself on the mirror...I'm training for a couple of more inches...;P
 
Yeah man, I'm 8 inches but wasn't always that way. Not going to say how but there is a way. As far as going too deep, not heard it's too big in quite some time. Maybe that girl is trying to make you feel good or you need to be less agressive?
