You're not making sense. These guys are straight up no-hold-barred murderers.

They're dead. The amount of bad people with the capacity to do bad things on a scale that affects the world is decreased. If the hate in the world saddens you, their death must bring you happiness.

9/11 was the slaughter of inncoent people. This was the killing of people with many people's blood on their hands.

If you think it is all the same, then truly you have lived your life in an antiseptic bubble. There is good and bad in the world. There is light and dark.

The situation in Iraq is brutal, but good people killed bad people the other day, and slowly, light is conquering darkness.

Very good statement... well thought out! I agree with you completely. More people need to realize this. I think these two got off way too easy. They should've been tortured and made to feel the pain and humilation they made so many others feel.

Dismiss? You have me pegged wrong!

As a MOTHER I would NOT want to see a picture of MY DEAD child ON ANY website. No matter how rotten those two were...They have a mother who loves them!

I said the same thing when they showed those awlful pictures of our dead soldiers. It's sick not matter how you slice it!

screw their mom. she aided in the raising of monsters. No sympathy!

Their mom knew it would happen. Eventually it would all come to an end. She should have been mentally prepared for their deaths. I am sure from the environment she lived in that she is a strong woman and will deal with it and drive on.

Let's not get so touchy feely in here. I am getting to the point where I am going to whip out my handgun and shoot the fuken monitor.

Saddam to Offer Eulogy at Sons' Funeral

(2003-07-22) -- Saddam Hussein may deliver the eulogy at a state funeral for his sons, Uday and Qusay, who died suddenly today in Mosul. The elder Hussein was invited to speak at the funeral by the commander of allied ground forces in Iraq, Army Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez.

"We understand the emotions triggered by the death of one's sons," said Lt. Gen. Sanchez. "So, we want Mr. Hussein to stand up there on the podium, in clear line of sight, and tell the world how special his boys were. We aim to give Saddam the respect due a leader of his caliber. I can assure you that he will have the full attention of many of our finest men."

The allied commander said Mr. Hussein's remarks would last "roughly 7.5 seconds, after which the former Iraqi leader, doubtless with a heavy heart, will return to an underground bunker."

Well, I don't think it's that cut and dry of good / evil, light / dark. Because THEY think they are doing god's work......THEY think they are good. I find that you can never generalize the entire effort on their side as evil or dark, although Sadaam and his children were truly horrible people. There are lot more shades of gray than the clear good vs. evil. But it's just fucking sick to me that these people think that all of the disturbing things they are doing are in the name of good. If you think about how many fucked up people are over here in America itself, I doubt you would characterize them straight up as evil, if that is the term you are using for people like Sadaam Hussein. So I'm just saying that things aren't as cut and dry as good and evil, but there's a kind of a continuum between the two, and some people sit nearer to one end, and some people sit nearer to the other.

You're no better than that annoying momma's boy Bret Hart.....thank god he's outta the public eye.

Good answer... I really can't argue with that logic.
I bet you were captain of the debate team.
Have you considered a career in law or politics?

You wrote a lot of words to say "it's all a matter of perspective".

But I disagree. There is good and bad, and what one thinks at the time is unimportant in determining who is right, and who is wrong. That argument is as illogical as "might makes right".

Our country is full of problems, bad people, shady leaders, corruption, etc. None of that matters when discussing this topic.

But killing these guys is an absolute good, an absolute right, and an absolute improvement in the world's state of affairs.
