I figured I would put this out again to see if anyone has started to hear more about these old tools reborn for grip/wrist/arm/shoulder training. I have started to hear others at my gym talking about a Indian Club Revival (the Clubbells). It seems intersting that they were somehow lost in the mid 1900's and are now regainning support.
What are your all's thoughts on them? Im purchasing a set of 15lb ones as soon as I relocated to Myrtle beach, SC this summer.

they remind me of doing some sledge hammer training when I played football in high school to work on my grip strength for tackling and throwing off Defensive lineman in blocking drills. I am excited to try them out, but wonder if they are kinda more of a fad than anything permanent.
